Marantz Model 4070 Quadro
This is a wonderful and hard to find Marantz Quadro Amplifier in very classic style of the late 60ies.
It features four high level inputs, one is stereo, three are 4 channel. There is one Phono input + a full monitor loop. The pre and power amplifier section can be separated. 4 speakers can be connected.
This 4070 can be set up for stereo operation with 2 x 35 watts into 8 Ohms/RMS or quadro sound with 4 x 15 watts/8 Ohms RMS. The performance and sound reminds very much of tube amps...
The optical and technical condition are excellent. The wood case is brand new, the faceplate in almost in good as new condition. Just a little blemish. The lettering of the volume knob is a little worn as you can see in the picture. That´s it, the rest is good as new.
A wonderful integrated quad for every day usage and colletions with conservative elegance.
