Excellent german speakers in perfect optical and technical condition from 1st non smoking owner.
On one speaker the anodization has faded due to sunlight. Patina without effect.
The speakers work fine with biwiring/biamping and come with manual and warranty card.

The TAL 90 is a classic, compact two-way monitor that sets new standards with its revolutionary Chassis. It has an incredibly good bass range. Not only the depth and precision, but also the absolute level are unique in a housing of this size. This bass is achieved by a housing construction with a phase compensation channel and absorber and an outstanding bass chassis. Its basket is made of high-strength die-cast aluminum with narrow bars and great depth to enable extreme membrane deflections.
The resonance-coated aluminum membrane is very stiff and torsion-resistant, and is ideal for reproducing the entire midrange range. The powerful magnet drives a 35 mm voice coil with a great immersion depth. A precisely calculated phase plug optimized for the membrane ensures a smooth frequency response well beyond the crossover frequency.
We use a newly developed ring radiator with revolutionary properties as the tweeter. Its transmission range extends to over 50,000 Hz, while its natural resonance is below 500 Hz. This enables unimagined advantages in the design of two-way speakers. The crossover frequency can be placed in the most favorable range of the bass-midrange speaker without it starting to bundle. We use the ring radiator from 2000 Hz and thus achieve a spatiality, dynamics and transparency of the reproduction that has not been achieved by such loudspeakers before. The bass range is adjustable, as is the tweeter, as is the case with the larger models.
