Here we offer an extremly rare Yamaha YP-800 Direct Drive Turntable with YAMAHA YA-9 Tonearm in excellent condition. This unit built in the early 70ies is Yamaha´s best designed turntable. The timeless elegance of this player will last forever, especially the Grace Tonarm is very nice to look at, very long.
The Tonearm works perfectly with most pickup systems and reminds how nice they were shapen once upon a time. It features a SME compatible connection, so you can use almost any headshell. it definitly invites to listen to music...
The YP-800 is in perfect working and outstanding visual condition. The cover is almost as new.
The YP-800 comes with the original headshell, a Shure V15/3 pickup and the original manual.
Almost 50 years of elegance and still desireable for every day use or collectionism.
Matches perfectly with Yamaha C-1, B-1, B-2, especially in silver colour.
